Set up once

1. Open your sign-in link. Dave sends it to you. It works once, then keeps you signed in on that device for a year. No password, ever. Use the link he sends — one saved from an older address won’t carry over.
2. Add it to your home screen. Share → Add to Home Screen. It then opens like an app.
3. Subscribe to the calendar feed. Hangar tab → Copy feed URL → paste into Apple or Google Calendar as a subscribed calendar. After this the schedule just shows up on your phone and you rarely need to open the site at all.

What it assumes

• No times given on a flight, it books 9:00–13:00. Say “all day” and it books 07:00–19:00.
• The booking goes to whoever sent the email unless you name the other one.
• A squawk only grounds the aircraft if you say it shouldn’t fly. Otherwise it’s just on the list.
• It will let you double-book and tell you it overlapped — it won’t refuse. Sort it out between you.
• It replies to your two addresses only. Anything else is dropped at the door.
